How Does The Surgery Work?

Most men choose both length and girth surgery at the same time. Lengthening works by cutting ligaments holding hidden length back, increasing flaccid length permanently by 2.5–5cm. For girth, we harvest fat from your belly and inner thighs, purify it, and inject the pure fat cells into the shaft, thickening flaccid and erect girth by 2.5–5cm.

Is The Procedure Safe?

This is a minor surgical procedure taking just one hour. We ensure thorough assessment of your medical history and carry out the procedure in CQC hospitals with GMC Specialist registered Urologists. Your safety is our number one priority.

What Does Recovery Look Like?

Sedentary jobs: 2–3 days off. Physical jobs: 1 week. No gym, sport or sexual activity for 6 weeks. You can drive again after 2–3 days and resume daily activities almost straight away. Final results become evident around 6 weeks after surgery.

Are There Risks?

Our complication rate is extremely low. Infection rate is 1%. Some bruising and swelling is normal on belly and inner thighs where fat was harvested. We perform more penis enlargement surgery than any other UK provider and take all steps to ensure safe recovery.

What Results Can I Expect?

Does It Impact Sexual Function?

When performed by a specialist urologist, the procedure is designed to maintain or improve sexual function. Any risks are discussed during your consultation.

Are The Results Permanent?

Yes, the results are considered permanent. Girth can be topped up later if you wish, but most patients don't need it.

Does It Impact Me Having Children?

Fertility is not affected. Semen production and function remain completely normal.

What's Better, Surgery Or Filler?

Surgery gives lasting results in both length and girth. Fillers are temporary and girth-only. Surgery is more expensive short-term but significantly cheaper long-term as fillers require regular top-ups.
